Hypershell Launches AI-Driven Exoskeleton Series Across Europe
Hypershell has officially brought its X Series consumer exoskeletons to the European market, introducing a lineup powered by proprietary AI motion control. Verified by TÜV Rheinland for its end-to-end AI capabilities, the gear is designed to provide real-time, intuitive support for hikers, outdoor professionals, and rescue teams alike.

The new series, comprising the X Ultra S, X Max S, and X Pro S, utilizes the company's HyperIntuition algorithm to synchronize with human movement. According to TÜV Rheinland, the technology achieves 97.5% gait synchronization and responds within 0.31 seconds—a 64.5% improvement over previous iterations. The flagship X Ultra S model features an aerospace-grade titanium alloy hip lever and carbon fiber components, built to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -20° to 60° C.
Beyond consumer retail, the company is deploying its hardware through the HyperLIFT program to assist search and rescue organizations. The technology has already seen high-stakes field testing, including support for mountaineers on Mount Everest and a 4,037 km cross-country ride on Route 66 by athlete Aurélien Fontenoy. Furthermore, the company is beta testing an AI agent named Shelly, which allows users to manage their device settings via voice or text commands. The X Series is available now across major European retailers, with pricing starting at €999 for the Pro model and reaching €1,999 for the Ultra S.
