Ritz-Carlton to Host Summit 2026 on Scaling Service Excellence
How do organizations move from good to exceptional without reinventing their core identity? The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center aims to answer this on October 15–16 in Washington, D.C., during Summit 2026, a two-day executive intensive focused on translating hospitality standards into actionable business strategies for diverse industries.

The event targets leaders seeking to codify culture and customer experience through intentional design rather than chance. Anne Marie Falvey, Senior Practice Director at the center, noted that the program shifts focus from theoretical inspiration to direct application. Participants will examine how the brand’s hospitality methodologies function within high-pressure environments, including a detailed case study on the collaboration between the center and NYU Langone Health’s Ambulatory Network.
Sessions are structured to provide immediate diagnostic tools, such as the Culture Alignment Audit, which helps executives identify performance gaps and brand loyalty drivers. The curriculum also features "GM Confidential," a candid session where general managers discuss balancing ownership priorities with brand standards during crises. The summit concludes with specialized tracks, including an Innovation Lab for custom application and a deep dive into the service design principles that underpin the Ritz-Carlton experience.
