Delinian Divests techoraco and Institutional Investor to Apax
New York-based investment bank BrightTower has facilitated the sale of two major assets from Delinian to private equity firm Apax Partners. The dual transaction sees the transfer of the digital infrastructure events platform techoraco and the long-standing financial intelligence network Institutional Investor into the Apax portfolio.

The deal marks a significant shift for Delinian, which has operated both brands as cornerstones of its event and intelligence offerings. techoraco functions as a vital hub for the global digital infrastructure market, connecting executives across cloud, data center, and energy sectors. Institutional Investor, with a 50-year legacy, maintains a network connecting global asset managers with institutional allocators through curated, event-based memberships.
Delinian CEO Andrew Pinder noted that both businesses possess the unique ability to facilitate high-level industry dealmaking. The transition to Apax ownership is expected to support their next phase of development. For BrightTower, the mandate reinforces its position in the information and technology-enabled services market. The completion of these sales remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and standard closing conditions.
