DATAMYTE Secures ISO 27001 Certification for Digital Clipboard Platform
Manufacturers managing sensitive production data via the cloud now have independent validation of their security protocols. Plymouth-based ASI DATAMYTE announced today that its Digital Clipboard platform has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, covering the information security management systems that safeguard global quality, audit, and inspection workflows for major industrial clients.

The certification process confirms that DATAMYTE’s cloud-based, no-code environment adheres to rigorous international standards for protecting operational and compliance information. For manufacturers transitioning from paper-based systems to digital workflows, this audit provides assurance that data governing production efficiency and regulatory compliance is shielded by a documented, risk-based security framework.
CEO Joel Ronning noted that the move aligns the company’s internal security standards with the high-level requirements expected by global OEMs. Digital Clipboard supports a wide array of shop floor processes, including layered process audits, electronic work instructions, and nonconformance reporting. By securing these functions under the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 umbrella, DATAMYTE aims to mitigate operational risk for its client base, which includes major industry players like Ford, Boeing, and Tesla.
