B&R Technology Merger Corp. Prices $325 Million Nasdaq IPO
B&R Technology Merger Corp. has priced its initial public offering at $325 million, launching 32.5 million units at $10.00 each on the Nasdaq Global Market. The blank-check company, trading under the symbol BRTMU, enters the public market with a mandate to pursue acquisitions across diverse industries.

Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and one-third of a warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at $11.50 per share. Once the components begin trading separately, the company expects to list its shares and warrants under the symbols BRTM and BRTMW. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is serving as the sole bookrunner for the offering, which includes a 45-day option for underwriters to purchase up to 4.875 million additional units to cover potential over-allotments.
The firm was established specifically to facilitate mergers, asset acquisitions, or similar business combinations. While the company has not identified a specific target, its structure allows for flexibility in pursuing deals across any sector. The registration statement for the offering has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the company is now officially positioned to begin its search for a business partner.
