The company’s healthcare division is prioritizing diagnostic precision and daily health monitoring. Its new disease-specific portfolio targets critical illnesses like cancer, integrating risk prediction with specialized insurance coverage and the Peking University Healthcare AI Disease Manager. This ecosystem bridges the gap between patient rehabilitation and medical oversight. Simultaneously, Ping An Good Doctor continues to scale its AI-plus-physician model, which now supports diagnostic efforts for over 11,300 diseases and assists 90 million monthly active users.

Operational efficiency remains a core focus for Ping An Property & Casualty, which reports 100% AI integration across its core business lines. The firm’s EagleX platform uses IoT and predictive modeling to mitigate catastrophe risks, while automated policy issuance has slashed vehicle insurance processing times to just 1.2 minutes. Underwriting speed has also seen significant gains, with manual review times dropping to 1.5 hours.

Financial services are seeing similar shifts, led by the launch of an all-scenario AI credit card that allows customers to exchange points for computing power. Customer engagement with the group’s Express Service AI assistant has surged, with daily traffic hitting 1.1 million visits during peak periods. By embedding these tools into its core banking and insurance architecture, Ping An is attempting to move beyond traditional financial management toward a model where AI serves as the primary interface for both health and wealth services.
