Oswald joins Interblock following a tenure as CEO of KOHPA Technologies and a leadership role at Technogym USA Corp. His background spans North American, European, and Asia-Pacific markets, providing a foundation for the company’s goal of scaling its footprint in electronic table gaming. Board member David Quick noted that the appointment follows a period of rigorous internal restructuring aimed at building a more disciplined operating platform.

Bala Ganesan, a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management—which holds a majority stake in the company—will transition out of his interim CEO role but remain involved through his position at the investment firm. During his short tenure, Ganesan focused on tightening operational disciplines and strengthening the executive bench. Interblock currently maintains 247 gaming licenses across 113 countries, positioning Oswald to focus on product innovation and deepening partner relations in these diverse global jurisdictions.
