TrueDialog Expands Enterprise SMS Platform With CRM Sync and AI Compliance
Austin-based enterprise messaging provider TrueDialog has launched two platform upgrades designed to eliminate data silos and legal liability in business texting. The new tools, TrueConnect and TrueOptOut, aim to centralize SMS communication history across fragmented CRM stacks while using machine learning to identify non-standard customer opt-out requests.

Most large organizations struggle with fragmented communication histories, where SMS data remains trapped in isolated platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. TrueConnect addresses this by acting as a universal sync layer that fans out inbound and outbound texts to every connected record. By using the recipient's phone number as a primary key, the system ensures that a conversation initiated in one platform is instantly visible across the entire marketing and sales stack without requiring custom development or middleware maintenance.
Simultaneously, the company is tackling the legal risks associated with TCPA compliance. While traditional systems rely on rigid keyword matching for opt-out requests—missing phrases like "take me off your list" or "I don't want to hear from you"—TrueOptOut utilizes a purpose-built machine learning classifier to detect intent. According to TrueDialog CTO Navid Ashroff, the AI evaluates opt-out requests in under 10 milliseconds. By logging every decision and maintaining an immutable audit trail, the tool provides a safety net against statutory damages that can reach up to $1,500 per violation. The AI operates within TrueDialog’s private infrastructure to ensure compliance with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 9001 standards.
