The company’s architecture centers on SmartHub, an open-source, Kubernetes-native platform that processes telemetry data at the edge. By handling data locally rather than shipping it to external dashboards, SmartHub provides engineering teams with granular control over their infrastructure. This foundation supports Octant, a commercial suite that automates anomaly detection and cloud scaling. According to the company, these integrated tools can reduce total production operating costs by nearly 90%.

Jason Pressman, Managing Director at lead investor Copper Sky Capital, described the technology as a necessary architectural shift. He noted that the platform resolves system errors autonomously, preventing outages before human intervention becomes necessary. The company is already deploying these solutions across the financial services, retail, telecommunications, and healthcare sectors. Ross Mistretta, Chief Technology & Delivery Officer at Intelli Platforms, cited the technology as a solution for organizations struggling with traditional observability dashboards and rising operational overhead.
