This integration allows the firm to automate data extraction for dispute evidence, significantly reducing the manual workload for merchants while strengthening their recovery cases. The company collaborated with GRSee Consulting to navigate the certification process.

Simultaneously, the ISO/IEC 42001 milestone establishes a formal framework for the company’s artificial intelligence management systems. As the industry’s first international standard for AI, it provides independent verification that Justt’s tools—which facilitate chargeback management—are governed by strict risk, bias, and security controls. Chief Technology Officer Shahar Tal noted that this status removes previous barriers for enterprise merchants who require high-level vendor compliance to process sensitive payment information.

These certifications complement the company’s existing SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA frameworks.
