TruHeight Expands into Nordstrom and JCPenney Marketplaces

Department stores are shedding their exclusive focus on apparel as TruHeight brings its family nutrition line to the digital marketplaces of Nordstrom and JCPenney. The move signals a broader retail pivot, embedding health and wellness products directly into the platforms where American families shop for everyday essentials.

For decades, the department store aisle was reserved for denim, sneakers, and seasonal fashion. That boundary has blurred as consumer habits shift toward integrated wellness. Co-CEO Justin Rapoport noted that five years ago, finding a nutrition brand alongside clothing would have been unexpected. Today, the retailers are betting that shoppers want to source clean-label vitamins and protein shakes during the same digital visit they use to purchase back-to-school outfits.

This expansion follows a period of aggressive growth for the brand, which secured shelf space in 5,000 CVS locations this June and debuted at Target earlier this year. With the addition of Nordstrom and JCPenney, TruHeight has effectively bridged the gap between drugstores, mass-market retailers, and traditional department store ecosystems. According to co-founder Eden Stelmach, meeting families in these long-standing retail environments is a deliberate strategy to align with generational shopping patterns. The full product range, including gummies and daily nutrition supplements, will appear on both marketplace platforms in the coming weeks.
