Sign In App and Brivo Merge Visitor Management with Access Control
St. Petersburg-based Sign In App is teaming up with cloud-native security firm Brivo to synchronize visitor management with physical access control. The integration allows facility managers to monitor entry logs, occupancy, and security permissions through a single dashboard, removing the need to reconcile disparate data across multiple software platforms.

This partnership aims to resolve the fragmentation often found in workplace security. By automating the link between visitor check-in processes and building access rights, the system ensures that staff can grant or restrict entry based on real-time data. According to Hadleigh Ford, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Sign In App, the goal is to provide a comprehensive view of building occupants while streamlining incident response.
Beyond day-to-day operations, the integration serves as a tool for regulatory compliance. Companies handling sensitive data or operating under strict health and safety protocols—such as GDPR or ISO 27001—can now consolidate visitor agreements, NDAs, and physical access logs into one audit trail. Jonathan Polon, Vice President of Business Development at Brivo, noted that connecting physical access data with visitor intelligence allows organizations to manage their facilities with higher precision. The combined solution is available immediately to current users of both platforms.
