Built as a successor to the C40 model, the M40 focuses on durability and speed in demanding environments ranging from aircraft turbines to petrochemical pipelines. The device features a 5-inch, 700-nit touchscreen that remains readable in direct sunlight, paired with a modular probe system. Technicians can swap probes ranging from 0.95 mm to 6.0 mm without tools, thanks to a high-strength aluminum quick-release connector designed to improve thermal stability during extended use.

Beyond its imaging capabilities, the unit is engineered for field mobility. Weighing 0.89 kg, it includes a magnetic base for hands-free positioning and a removable 5000 mAh battery that offers four hours of continuous operation. The probe itself is IP68-rated, allowing for submersion in oil or water. To streamline documentation, the M40 allows for real-time annotations and photo-video capture, supporting a multi-language interface to accommodate global maintenance crews. By integrating these features, the platform reduces guesswork, allowing operators to diagnose cracks, worn welds, or internal blockages without the downtime associated with traditional system teardowns.
