Wynn Resorts Secures String of 2026 Industry Accolades
Wynn Resorts has marked the first half of 2026 by securing a broad spectrum of industry recognition, spanning from corporate workplace culture to individual culinary excellence. The company maintained its standing as the world’s longest-running independent hotel operator to earn 18 Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star awards.
The company’s North American properties, particularly Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor, dominated the latest rankings. Wynn Las Vegas earned a spot in the inaugural Condé Nast Traveler Triple Crown collection—an honor reserved for resorts appearing across the publication’s Hot List, Gold List, and Readers' Choice Awards. Beyond hospitality rankings, the firm saw its corporate reputation bolstered by inclusions on lists from Fortune and Newsweek, which highlighted the company’s performance in categories ranging from social impact to mental wellbeing.
Individual talent and specific venues also garnered significant attention. Chef Sarah Thompson of Casa Playa secured the 2026 James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: Southwest, anchoring a list of wins that included top honors for the resort's dining establishments such as Wing Lei and SW Steakhouse. These awards, distributed across corporate, resort-wide, and amenity-specific categories, reflect a consistent performance standard as Wynn Resorts prepares for the 2027 opening of its integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah.
