The new storefront offers a menu of customizable bowls, protein-focused meals, and superfood smoothies. Each item utilizes the company’s signature Certified Organic and Fair Trade Açaí, sourced through a vertically integrated supply chain from the Brazilian Amazon. Beyond the core bowl offerings, the location provides grab-and-go selections, including traditional Brazilian cheese bread, designed to accommodate the fast-paced schedules of passengers, flight crews, and airport staff.

Operated by the ACDBE-certified Verge Group LLC, the site marks a strategic expansion for the California-based brand. Ryan Black, co-founder and CEO of SAMBAZON, noted that Miami’s cultural affinity for tropical flavors makes the city a natural fit for the concept. The location operates daily from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., aligning with the high volume of international traffic passing through the North Terminal Marketplace.
