Since its founding in 2012, the agency has evolved from a boutique operation into a major regional force, doubling its headcount over the last two years. This growth is backed by three consecutive years of double-digit revenue increases and a 26% expansion of its client roster. The firm manages communication and policy strategies for high-profile entities including SeaWorld San Diego, the San Diego Foundation, and Expedia Group.

The award highlights a track record of tangible results, such as a campaign for the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank that generated over 15 million impressions and facilitated the distribution of more than one million meals. According to founding partner Margie Newman Tsay, the firm’s longevity is rooted in a culture of deep client investment. Partner Maddy Kilkenny noted that the recognition validates their role as "dot connectors" who help organizations navigate everything from City Hall policy decisions to high-stakes media narratives.

Selected by a panel of Chamber members from a pool of businesses with 100 or fewer employees, this accolade marks the 60th industry award for the firm. The win follows recent individual recognitions for team members Emily Alvarenga and Margaret Lutz Chantung, who were honored by the San Diego Business Journal for their professional contributions to the region.
