Beyond the sheer scale of attendance, the summit targeted structural gaps within the SME-heavy ecosystem. Through forums dedicated to AI, fundraising, and Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs), the organizers aimed to mitigate resource constraints for startups. Concrete steps toward regional resilience were also established, with experts forming working groups to address supply chain stability and clinical trial cooperation. The event concluded by honoring Professor Masatoshi Hagiwara and AstraZeneca with the BIO Asia Award, signaling a shift toward deeper, institutionalized international collaboration.
