Myrias Optics Taps Neil Anderson to Lead Global Commercial Growth
With over 15 years in the photonics sector, Dr. Neil Anderson has joined Myrias Optics as Chief Revenue Officer. Tasked with driving the global commercialization of the company’s proprietary nanoimprint manufacturing platform, he will oversee sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships as the firm shifts toward large-scale production.

Anderson arrives at the Amherst-based firm following senior executive tenures at Infleqtion, Gooch & Housego, and IDEX Corporation. His background centers on bridging the gap between complex technical innovation and market-ready product deployment. At Myrias, he will focus on scaling the adoption of wafer-level flat optics across high-demand sectors, including AI datacenters, augmented reality, and industrial photonics.
CEO John Fijol noted that Anderson’s blend of strategic vision and industry credibility is essential for the company's next growth phase. Anderson, who holds a Ph.D. from the Institute of Optics in Rochester, plans to leverage his technical expertise to deepen relationships with global enterprise customers. By refining commercial operations and expanding distribution channels, the company intends to establish its all-inorganic nanoimprinting technology as the standard for high-volume, cost-efficient optical manufacturing.
