Tim Dupin joins the firm as a Director, tasked with leveraging his background in labor organization and center-left coalition building. Previously the Director of Political Action at the International Association of Fire Fighters and a former fire captain, Dupin will focus on grassroots advocacy and third-party engagement. Managing Partner Brian McCabe noted that Dupin’s relationships within the labor community are expected to provide clients with broader support for their policy initiatives.

Simultaneously, Tim Martin steps into the role of Senior Vice President to expand the firm's lobbying practice. Working alongside Senior Advisor Doug Davenport, Martin will target transportation, energy, and regulatory policy. He brings significant Capitol Hill experience, having served as legislative director for Congressman Rodney Davis and general counsel to Congressman Scott Tipton. Before his arrival at DCI, Martin led the transportation and infrastructure practice group at Invariant and served as Public Policy Counsel at WilmerHale. Managing Partner Justin Peterson stated that Martin’s dual background in private practice and federal policy will be instrumental as the firm scales its government relations operations.
