Franklin-based Five Points Roofing, a residential contractor with a 15-year history in Tennessee, has finalized a partnership with HighPoint Exterior Home Services. The transaction, facilitated by investment bank Hyde Park Capital, integrates the family-owned business into the broader exterior services platform backed by Lake Street Capital Partners.
Founded in 2010, Five Points Roofing has built its reputation on insurance restoration and retail roof replacement, maintaining deep ties to the local community through the leadership of the Hughes family. By joining the HighPoint platform, the company gains access to expanded financial and strategic resources intended to scale its operations across Tennessee while preserving its existing brand identity and commitment to customer service.
Hyde Park Capital acted as the exclusive advisor for the deal, with legal counsel provided by Phelps Dunbar LLP. Brant Wilczek, Managing Director at Lake Street Capital, noted that the partnership aims to leverage the established foundation of the Hughes family business to support broader growth. Logan Hughes, founder of Five Points, emphasized that the decision was driven by cultural alignment and a shared vision for service quality, marking a significant milestone in the company's decade-and-a-half tenure in the Nashville market.
