Health Endeavors Secures Growth Capital and Debuts AI Care Suite

Farmington-based Health Endeavors has secured a strategic growth-debt investment from Decathlon Capital Partners, opting to bypass equity dilution while launching a new AI-powered care management suite. The move aims to scale the company’s patient engagement tools for Accountable Care Organizations nationwide without shifting ownership control.

The centerpiece of the company's new offering is Alex, a virtual care manager designed to handle high-volume patient interactions. By automating appointment scheduling, patient education, and data collection, the system alerts clinical teams only when direct human intervention becomes necessary. This workflow is supported by OmniView, a platform that aggregates claims, medical records, and social determinants of health to create comprehensive patient profiles. To ensure clinical safety, the suite integrates MedPearl, a clinical decision support library originally developed at Providence Health.

David Derrick, CEO of Health Endeavors, noted that the platform delivers hyper-personalized solutions aimed at maximizing both quality and efficiency. The capital injection from Decathlon serves to accelerate this deployment, providing the resources to expand the company’s reach across the value-based care sector. Matt Hoffman, Managing Director at Decathlon, highlighted that the investment underscores a shift toward proactive, prevention-focused healthcare models. With over 16 years in the industry, Health Endeavors currently manages data for more than 2 million patients, maintaining its focus on reducing the administrative burden on providers.
