dxFeed Debuts AI-Native Scripting Language for Market Analysis

Trading strategies can now move from a spoken idea to an executable indicator in seconds. New York-based dxFeed has launched dxScript, a JavaScript-based platform that allows traders to build custom technical analysis tools by describing their requirements in plain English to an integrated AI assistant.

The architecture behind dxScript addresses a persistent friction point in financial technology: the technical barrier between conceptualizing a strategy and deploying it. By leveraging JavaScript, dxFeed ensures the language remains both human-readable and highly compatible with large language models. The system is engineered to minimize common errors associated with AI-generated code while providing a secure runtime environment for live trading.

Stepan Bolshakov, Managing Director at dxFeed, noted that the tool is designed to fundamentally change how traders interact with their data infrastructure. Rather than manually coding indicators, users provide natural language prompts that the built-in AI translates into verified, production-ready scripts. The platform also includes comprehensive tooling for real-time data handling and state management.

Beyond basic indicator construction, the roadmap includes full strategy backtesting and integration with the company’s existing charting libraries. The solution is available as a cloud-hosted service or via API, allowing brokerages and platforms to embed the engine directly into their own interfaces. This launch extends the capabilities of dxFeed’s existing market data infrastructure, which already provides the underlying connectivity for institutional-grade financial analytics.
