The acquisition centers on incorporating the expertise of Brian Trampe, a veteran professional with 18 years of experience in business valuation and forensic accounting. Trampe has managed more than 200 cases throughout the DFW Metroplex, often serving as an expert witness in complex marital dissolution disputes involving private equity interests and closely held businesses. His firm brings a proven track record in asset tracing and characterization, skills that align with GA Group’s broader goals for its Financial Advisory Services division.

Curt Germany, who joined GA Group earlier this year to scale the firm’s specialty practices, views the integration as a vital component for providing comprehensive support during high-stakes litigation. By combining Trampe’s courtroom experience with GA Group’s national infrastructure and resources, the firm intends to offer more rigorous, scalable analysis for legal counsel. The transaction reflects a broader trend of private equity-backed firms consolidating boutique financial advisory practices to capture market share in highly nuanced legal sectors.
