The recognition highlights the firm's comprehensive approach to intern development, spanning mentorship, community building, and high-stakes conversion strategies within its intensive nine-week investment banking program.
The Cleveland-based investment bank secured this designation by excelling across all five core categories of the Abode evaluation, including renege prevention and keep-warm programming. This accolade arrives shortly after Vault ranked the firm among the top 10 investment banking internships in the country for 2026, solidifying its reputation for professional development in a competitive market.
Eileen Hickey, the firm’s Campus Recruiting Manager, emphasized that the program focuses on the period before a new hire officially starts. By prioritizing intentional engagement, the firm aims to provide analysts with exposure to live deal work across sectors such as healthcare, technology, and real estate. Through a combination of technical training, case competitions, and direct mentorship, the initiative seeks to bridge the gap between academic study and the demands of the global middle market.
