PenFed Foundation Launches July 2026 Veteran Accelerator Cohort

The program provides founders with access to capital, one-on-one mentorship, and educational sessions led by industry veterans. According to retired U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Terry Williams, the director of the program, military-affiliated founders bring unique mental agility and rigor to the startup ecosystem. The July 2026 class includes companies like ANALØG, which develops brain health supplements; Atlas Public Health, a data-driven dashboard for community health; and SafeFocus, a K-12 classroom management tool.

Other participants focus on specialized technology and service sectors. Emerald Solutions offers automated emissions reporting for small businesses, while Lumora Animal Health utilizes AI for pet medical records. The cohort also features OxiSure Tech, which produces mobility-focused oxygen equipment, and Palyt, a platform for spirits discovery. Additional ventures include VaultSync, a browser-based simulation engine; Vector Research Labs, focused on non-invasive physical recovery; and Veteran Hiring Solutions, a recruitment firm. Easy Beauty, a booking platform for beauty professionals, rounds out the group. These founders are now undergoing a four-day in-person intensive in Bentonville before transitioning to six weeks of remote instruction designed to sharpen their business models and expand their market reach.
