Every machine event, system update, and transaction is maintained off-chain, then anchored to the Bitcoin network via a single, immutable cryptographic proof. This method allows thousands of events to be verified while consuming minimal blockchain space.

Michael Herron, CEO of PointsKash, argues that Bitcoin should serve as a security layer rather than a primary storage system for application data. By assigning each kiosk a unique cryptographic identity, the company ensures that records remain tamper-proof and independently verifiable for regulators and auditors. This infrastructure also improves network resilience, allowing kiosks to maintain transaction history even during temporary connectivity drops. The firm maintains that this design provides a scalable path for enterprise-grade financial applications without contributing to network bloat.
