SweetNight Targets Summer Sleep Slump With Cooling Recovery Initiative
Rising summer temperatures are disrupting recovery routines for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, prompting sleep brand SweetNight to launch a 12-day wellness campaign. By emphasizing the link between thermal regulation and deep rest, the initiative promotes the use of specialized bedding to mitigate the impact of heat on physical performance.

The Cooling Recovery Campaign, themed "Cool Down Faster, Recover Deeper," centers on the physiological necessity of restorative sleep for muscle and bone repair. According to SweetNight, heat remains a primary barrier to achieving the deep sleep cycles required for effective recovery. The brand aims to shift consumer focus toward cooling technology as a foundational element of athletic wellness.
At the heart of the campaign is the CoolNest Memory Foam Mattress, which utilizes a triple-stage cooling design and breathable foam layers. Marketing Director Amber Zhu stated that the product is engineered to maintain a surface temperature up to 8 degrees lower than the surrounding environment, providing targeted ergonomic support across five distinct body zones. To incentivize participation, the company is offering cooling sleep kits through an Instagram-based giveaway, with winners to be announced on August 5.
