First Horizon Bank bolsters syndications team with industry veterans
Memphis-based First Horizon Bank is scaling its loan syndications division, bringing in four seasoned professionals to accelerate its commercial real estate and industrial financing operations. The expansion aims to sharpen the bank's execution capabilities for corporate clients navigating increasingly complex capital markets across its 12-state southern footprint.

Kevin Farrell joins the firm as Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate Loan Syndications, moving from a leadership role at First National Bank Corporation. He will focus on deepening client engagement and broadening the bank's distribution reach. Alongside him, Corey Kistka takes on the role of Managing Director of Commercial & Industrial Loan Syndications. Kistka arrives with 29 years of experience, previously serving as a Managing Director at Comerica Bank, where he specialized in financing strategies for both public and private entities.
The team expansion also includes Jack Bratton as Vice President of Loan Syndications and Austin Eskew as a Loan Syndications Associate. These additions are designed to support the bank's growing demand for sophisticated financing solutions. Olu Jegede, Group Head of Corporate & Specialty Finance, noted that the recruits are central to the bank's strategy of building a best-in-class platform for complex capital needs. As of June 30, 2026, First Horizon reported $84.4 billion in assets, maintaining its position as a primary financial services provider in the southern United States.
