Abu Dhabi Customs and Türkiye Sigorta Claim Top Stevie Honors
Two organizations have emerged as the definitive leaders in the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, securing the coveted Grand Stevie trophies. Abu Dhabi Customs and Türkiye Sigorta outpaced international competition to be recognized as the most exceptional workplaces among more than 1,000 global nominees.
Abu Dhabi Customs earned the Grand Stevie for the highest-rated nomination of the year. Their submission, "From System Of Record To System Of Decision," achieved an average score of 9.55 out of 10, securing a Gold Stevie in the Achievement in HR Technology category. This recognition highlights the organization’s shift toward data-driven human resources management.
Türkiye Sigorta, a prominent insurance provider in Türkiye, claimed the Organization of the Year title. The company accumulated 54.5 award points through a combination of 10 Gold, seven Silver, and seven Bronze Stevie wins across various categories. The competition, judged by a panel of over 160 professionals, evaluated entries from 38 nations. Winners will receive their awards during a joint ceremony alongside the International Business Awards and the Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence.
