The extension grants an additional month for claimants to submit documentation through the official settlement website. Failure to meet this updated cutoff will result in the permanent forfeiture of rights to any portion of the settlement funds. MNP Ltd., the court-appointed administrator, will oversee the review process and distribute benefits based on a specific protocol approved by the Court.

Final compensation amounts remain subject to change, as they depend heavily on the total volume of successful claims submitted. Not every applicant is guaranteed a payout under the current terms. For legal guidance or assistance with the filing process, affected individuals should contact the class counsel, Rochon Genova, or the claims administrator directly.
