The partnership leverages a division of labor where Vector manages sales and customer relationships, while LyoGenesis Plus handles production. This structure allows Vector to capture revenue without incurring direct manufacturing capital costs. Projections estimate the initial product line could generate $20 million annually, with total revenue across the portfolio expected to reach $64 million within five years. Production is slated to begin within the next three to four months.

William Jackson, CEO of both Vector and LyoGenesis Plus, described the deal as a high-margin opportunity that integrates their development expertise with Wynn’s market reach. Paul Sudhakar, CEO of Wynn Pharmaceuticals, noted the move provides the necessary technical support to bring new delivery systems to market quickly. The firms expect to finalize definitive development and supply agreements within the coming weeks.
