CEO John Brase is consolidating oversight by bringing Noelle O'Mara, head of Refrigerated and Frozen, and Jill Dexter, head of Grocery and Snacks, into his direct reporting line. Alongside this realignment, Burke Raine transitions into the role of executive vice president and chief growth officer. Raine will shoulder responsibility for Foodservice, International, and R&D, while also spearheading broader organizational growth initiatives.

Brase framed the decision as a necessary step to simplify operations and sharpen the company's focus on profitable growth. The departure of McGough, effective September 4, 2026, marks the end of a long tenure that the board credits with providing foundational stability.
