Robinson joins the board with over 30 years of experience across Fortune 100 firms, having served as a C-suite executive at companies including Citigroup and Kraft/General Foods. His background in managing public company boards and financial strategy will support the organization’s mission to increase economic mobility. Currently, he serves on the board of PhenixFIN Corporation and maintains active roles with the New York Academy of Sciences.

Cibelli brings a technical focus to the organization, drawing on nearly two decades at EY where he leads the Enterprise Architecture and Platforms practice for Financial Services. His career includes a tenure as a Captain in the United States Air Force, where he managed cybersecurity and information warfare operations. This experience aligns with the organization's goal of modernizing its training pipelines in cloud and AI-driven fields. Per Scholas, which has trained over 30,000 individuals since 1995, intends to leverage these appointments to bridge the gap between emerging technological demands and its national talent development programs.
