Tower Arch Capital Recapitalizes E-commerce Logistics Firm Boxzooka

After reviewing over 100 potential acquisitions in the logistics sector, Salt Lake City-based private equity firm Tower Arch Capital has finalized a partnership with Boxzooka eFulfillment. The deal marks a strategic expansion for the investment group into high-touch, technology-driven third-party logistics for premium e-commerce brands.

Founded in 2014, the Secaucus-based Boxzooka has carved out a niche by handling complex fulfillment requirements for luxury apparel, beauty, and wellness companies. Unlike standard shipping providers, the firm utilizes a proprietary software platform to manage intricate forward and reverse logistics, custom kitting, and premium unboxing experiences. This white-glove approach was a decisive factor for Tower Arch, which sought a partner capable of maintaining high-quality service while scaling operations.

As part of the transaction, leadership roles at Boxzooka will shift to accommodate the next growth phase. Current President and COO Nick Pellegrino is set to step into the role of CEO, while founder Brendan Heegan will transition to Chairman of the Board to focus on long-term strategy. The company plans to leverage the new capital to accelerate investments in its fulfillment technology and expand its existing network of facilities across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Nevada. Financing for the deal was provided by First Financial Bank, with terms of the transaction remaining undisclosed.
