MN Custom Homes Rebrands as Azori Amid Pacific Northwest Expansion

After fifteen years of defining luxury living in Washington, MN Custom Homes has rebranded to Azori, a shift the company says signals a more design-forward evolution. The change arrives as the firm moves beyond its Pacific Northwest roots to introduce its vertically integrated building model to the Arizona market.

Founded in 2011, the company built its reputation on a high-touch, collaborative approach that fuses architecture, interior design, and construction under one roof. Co-founders Joe Naeseth and Shaun McFadden stated that the new name—derived from the ancient word “azor,” meaning helper—is intended to emphasize their commitment to a service-oriented, client-first experience that extends well beyond the initial move-in date.

While the name is new, the operational structure remains consistent. Azori continues to manage projects from concept to completion through its dedicated home care program, focusing on long-term building performance rather than aesthetic appeal alone. This transition marks a pivotal expansion for the brand, which aims to export its specific blend of craftsmanship and hospitality to new regions while maintaining the standards established during its decade-and-a-half tenure in Bellevue.
