Robo.ai Partners with Eleven International to Launch Alif Holding
Robo.ai has joined forces with Abu Dhabi-based Eleven International Holdings to establish Alif Holding, an industrial AI group headquartered in the UAE. The venture aims to integrate robotics, smart equipment, and large language models to serve government and critical infrastructure sectors across the GCC region and global markets.

The new group operates through two primary divisions: an intelligent equipment platform focused on robotics and advanced manufacturing, and a software division specializing in industrial AI, computer vision, and digital twin technology. By establishing engineering and assembly facilities in Abu Dhabi, the company intends to anchor its production under a "Made in UAE" framework, targeting energy, oil and gas, ports, and smart city projects.
Robo.ai CEO Benjamin Zhai described the initiative as a full-stack solution designed to meet the national-scale AI investments currently driving the region. The group’s development roadmap follows a four-phase strategy, beginning with the acquisition of global technologies and culminating in international scaling. This move aligns with the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, which anticipates AI contributing nearly $96 billion to the national economy by 2030.
