The new bundle addresses the logistical challenges schools often face when sourcing compatible printing components. By providing the SureColor T3770E hardware alongside Epson Print Automate software, rolls of matte and glossy paper, and additional ink cartridges, the company aims to enable educators to begin producing high-quality materials within 30 minutes of installation. The printer features 6-color UltraChrome XD3 ink with specialized red pigment to enhance the vibrancy of classroom signage and event materials.

Technical specifications for the unit include a compact footprint and support for media up to 1.5 mm thick, allowing for direct printing on rigid posterboard. The system is equipped with 28 IT and security features, including encryption and user tracking, to facilitate integration into existing school networks. According to Aaron Brill, Epson America product manager, the initiative is intended to move outsourced print jobs in-house, providing a more efficient workflow for K-12 environments. Schools can access additional discounts and dedicated support through Epson’s Brighter Futures program, which offers tailored pricing and account management for educational institutions.
