Bixby, who has served as the company's financial lead since 2017, will remain in his current capacity through the end of 2026 to facilitate a transition. His successor, Nick Stead, has played a pivotal role in the firm's recent financial operations, including the execution of strategic growth financing partnerships and the company’s public market offerings. Prior to his tenure at the insurance provider, Stead held various strategic finance positions and earned recognition as a Fulbright Scholar while graduating from Princeton University.

The leadership change coincides with the release of the company's Q2 2026 performance data. Investors and stakeholders are invited to review the full details in the firm's latest shareholder letter, available on the company’s investor relations portal. Management scheduled a conference call for July 29 at 8:00 am Eastern time to provide further commentary on the quarter's financial outcomes.
