Eastwood Homes Named Virginia Builder of the Year
The Home Builders Association of Virginia has named Eastwood Homes the state’s Builder of the Year, citing the company’s regional growth and adherence to high professional standards. The award recognizes the firm for its contributions to the housing market and its sustained impact across the Richmond and Hampton Roads divisions.
The statewide honor evaluates members on ethical conduct, innovation, and active participation within the housing community. For Eastwood Homes, the accolade marks a continuation of regional success, following an earlier award from the Home Building Association of Richmond in March. The company has secured similar top-tier industry honors six times since 2009.
Spen Custis, Division President of Eastwood Homes Richmond, accepted the award, attributing the achievement to the collective efforts of the local team. Beyond construction metrics, the company maintains a focus on community engagement, including a long-standing partnership with the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. Eastwood Homes President Clark Stewart noted that the recognition reinforces the firm's strategy of prioritizing consumer trust and long-term value as it scales its operations across the Southeast.
