The gathering evolved into a community hub beyond simple supply distribution. Attendees accessed free haircuts from the Sharp Start Foundation, enjoyed treats from Casey's Snowballs, and gathered educational resources provided by The NET Charter High School. Q93.3 provided entertainment, while the firm hosted various prize giveaways to engage the hundreds of families in attendance.

David Vicknair, founding partner of the firm, noted the personal significance of the project. He described the direct feedback from parents as the driving force behind the annual effort. Now a signature initiative for the firm, the program highlights a multi-year commitment to supporting educators and families across Southeast Louisiana. The firm credits the success of the operation to its collaborative partnerships with local businesses and the dedication of volunteers who managed the event logistics.
