The dividend is scheduled for payment on October 30, 2026, to those holding stock at the close of business on October 16, 2026. This adjustment represents the 50th dividend increase since the firm went public in 1972, a milestone CEO and President Joseph A. Berquist attributes to the company's consistent cash flow and operational durability.

Berquist emphasized that the move aligns with a broader strategy of balancing capital allocation between growth investments and direct shareholder returns. Headquartered in Conshohocken, Quaker Houghton provides specialized process fluids to major sectors including automotive, aerospace, and steel production, employing approximately 4,700 people worldwide.
