DXC Technology Overhauls Leadership to Drive AI-Centric Strategy
DXC Technology has appointed Paul Taylor as President, tasking him with overseeing the company’s $13 billion global operations. The move, effective immediately, consolidates the firm's commercial and operating organizations under a single leader to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across its core business and infrastructure services.

Taylor, a veteran with three decades of experience in enterprise technology and financial markets, assumes the role from CEO Raul Fernandez. His new mandate involves streamlining decision-making across DXC’s five geographic markets and three primary business lines: Global Infrastructure Services, Consulting & Engineering Services, and Insurance Software & Business Process Services. Taylor previously founded the AI-driven financial tech firm HUB and served as a partner at IHS Markit.
Simultaneously, Dan Gray has been named President of Global Infrastructure Services. A 19-year veteran of the firm, Gray recently spearheaded the deployment of the DXC OASIS platform and managed a team of over 45,000 technology professionals. He succeeds Chris Drumgoole, who is departing for an external role but will remain linked to the company as a founding member of its newly formed CEO Advisory Council. These appointments follow the recent naming of Holly Grant as President of AI Innovation and Strategy, further signaling the company's pivot toward an AI-native operational model.
