The platform’s new AI capabilities address a persistent hurdle for event teams: the reliance on fragmented third-party data. By keeping intelligence within the vivenu ecosystem, the company offers organizers a secure environment to perform real-time analysis. Stanford Athletics, an early adopter, reported that the AI assistant allows staff to convert complex sales queries into actionable decisions in seconds, bypassing the need for manual report generation.

Built with an API-first philosophy, the system integrates with existing workflows and allows teams to connect third-party tools via a Model Context Protocol server. The stack includes dedicated features for analytics, campaign generation, and operational guidance. According to CEO Simon Hennes, the technology is intended to handle administrative execution, freeing human teams to focus on fan engagement strategies. CTO Jens Teichert noted that because the AI operates on the platform’s core architecture, all output remains grounded in live, verified ticketing data, maintaining security standards such as SOC 2 and GDPR.
