The Dunlap Building, a historic 1879 landmark known as New Hampshire's first skyscraper, has completed a $10 million transformation into Rendezvous on Elm. The project replaces years of vacancy with 27 unique rental residences, earning the title of Project of the Month from the New England Real Estate Journal.
Owners David A. De Lise and Anthony DeLucia spearheaded the conversion of the 967 Elm Street property, leveraging over 60 years of combined real estate experience to modernize the structure while preserving its architectural significance. The renovation required a complete overhaul of mechanical and acoustic systems, moving away from its long-standing commercial use to create high-end living spaces.
Each of the 27 units features distinct floor plans, high-efficiency climate control, and modern amenities including 1Gig fiber connectivity and keyless app-based access. Beyond individual units, the building offers a 24/7 fitness studio, indoor bike storage with e-bike charging, and a media lounge. Managed by Ledgeview Commercial Partners, the property is currently accepting lease applications, with one-bedroom units starting at $2,000 per month.
