Investors Face September Deadline in Wix Securities Class Action
Investors who held Wix.com Ltd. securities between February 19, 2025, and May 12, 2026, face a September 22, 2026, deadline to participate in a pending class action lawsuit. The litigation, filed in the Northern District of Illinois, alleges the company misled shareholders regarding the performance and costs of its AI product suite.

The complaint, identified as Yappi v. Wix.com Ltd., et al. (No. 26-cv-08852), asserts that Wix and its executives failed to disclose material information in violation of federal securities laws. Plaintiffs allege that the company overstated the competitive edge of its AI offerings while simultaneously understating the actual development and promotional expenses associated with those technologies. These omissions, according to the filing, led to an inflated perception of the company’s financial and commercial standing during the specified period.
Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC, the law firm representing the plaintiffs, is currently coordinating with investors seeking to recover losses. While the court has set a deadline of September 22, 2026, for parties to request appointment as lead plaintiff, investors are not required to take on this role to remain eligible for a potential recovery. Those interested in the litigation can contact managing partner Lewis Kahn at 1-833-538-3666 or via the firm’s online case portal.
