Investors Face August 7 Deadline in Roblox Securities Fraud Lawsuit
Investors who lost more than $100,000 in Roblox Corporation stock between October 2024 and April 2026 have until August 7 to apply as lead plaintiffs. A class action lawsuit alleges the company misled shareholders regarding its organic growth potential and the impact of new age verification requirements.

The complaint filed against Roblox claims that company executives provided overly optimistic outlooks while concealing significant hurdles. According to the allegations, Roblox failed to disclose that its growth rates would taper rapidly following the rollout of age verification protocols. This shift reportedly triggered a decline in platform communication and lower app store ratings, ultimately stalling the organic expansion investors were led to expect.
Rosen Law Firm is currently organizing the class action, noting that investors who purchased common stock during the specified period may be eligible for compensation. While no class has been certified, those interested in leading the litigation must petition the court by the August 7 deadline. Investors are not required to serve as lead plaintiffs to participate in any eventual recovery, and they retain the right to select their own counsel.
