Seattle Surgeon Dr. Shahram Salemy Honored by Newsweek

This recognition marks another consecutive year for Dr. Salemy, whose Seattle practice has seen a consistent demand for natural-looking cosmetic enhancements. In 2025, he introduced Motiva® breast implants to his clinic, catering to a local patient base increasingly interested in athletic, balanced aesthetics rather than dramatic changes. Beyond augmentation, his work in liposuction serves both as a primary procedure and a foundational element for fat transfer and combined surgeries like abdominoplasty.

A Yale University and Yale School of Medicine graduate, Dr. Salemy completed his training at the University of Washington. He currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor in the university's Department of Surgery and previously led the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons. Over a career spanning two decades in Seattle, he has performed more than 10,000 procedures at his AAAASF-accredited facility on Madison Street.
