The facility, located at 2502 Wheatsheaf Lane, provides a modern base for the company’s student mobility fleet. Designed with a driver-first philosophy, the center houses advanced technology and support systems intended to streamline daily operations and reduce administrative burdens for staff. By integrating its AI-powered Connected Mobility Experience platform, Zum seeks to improve reliability for the School District of Philadelphia.

Missy Lash, General Manager for Philadelphia, described the center as a fulfillment of the company’s long-term commitment to the city’s transportation network. During the event, which runs from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., prospective hires with commercial driver’s licenses can meet leadership, tour the bus yard, and complete interviews on-site. The company currently operates in 18 states and serves more than 6,500 schools, positioning this Philadelphia expansion as a core element of its national growth strategy.
