Steven Towers Acquires Four Rivers Harley-Davidson in Kentucky

The deal was facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services, with partners George Chaconas and Juan Pardo serving as exclusive sell-side advisors. The dealership, which has secured 15 Bar & Shield Awards from the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, will continue operations at its established site. For the sellers, the exit follows nearly two decades of professional association with Chaconas, who previously brokered their acquisitions in Georgia and Kentucky.

For Steven Towers, the purchase holds personal significance as he bought one of his first motorcycles at this exact storefront. Towers entered the retail space in 2023 and has rapidly expanded his portfolio, adding locations in North Carolina, Nebraska, and Kansas over the past three years. This latest move establishes his first presence in Kentucky, positioning the Paducah site as the flagship store for his growing network.
