The new production line at Chongqing SVW Chemical Co., Ltd. reached stable operations during its initial startup, with the first shipments already bound for European markets. By utilizing advanced alcoholysis and precision purification technologies, the facility produces high-purity, transparent resin grades essential for optical films, polarizers, and automotive safety glass. The project, completed in 17 months, integrates a new polymerization process that boosts capacity by 40% over previous equipment generations.

Beyond sheer volume, the expansion emphasizes resource management through the installation of four dedicated exhaust gas and wastewater recovery units. SVW Chemical, which has spent four decades refining its chemical expertise, now offers over 100 distinct PVA grades. This shift toward high-end specialty materials allows the company to deepen its reach into more than 40 countries, leveraging the increased output to secure supply chains for photovoltaics and medical applications.
